Diversity and Inclusion

Our team is from diverse backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures bringing a fresh array of perspectives and diversity of thinking. This reflects our diverse student population and enhances innovation. The School is committed to an ongoing focus of decolonisation of curriculum and promoting culturally safe Indigenous models of learning and practice, including holistic care and yarning strategies. We are proud to be one of the first two Universities in Australia to achieve SAGE Athena Swan Silver Accreditation for gender equity, diversity, and inclusion (GEDI).

“The diversity in my team provides me with a global perspective and inspires me to enhance my research impact on people with kidney disease worldwide”
