HEO Robotics is the world’s first commercial in-orbit satellite inspection company. We have a working product and revenue. Our technology helps governments and commercial operators to visually monitor their spacecraft and other space objects they care about. We do this by transforming Earth observation satellites into in-orbit inspection cameras with our proprietary software and generating insights through our computer vision techniques. Our goal is to empower our customers to have satellite insights at their fingertips.Â

About the role:Â
HEO Robotics is seeking a highly motivated recruiter to join our cross-functional team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for helping us find the right team members for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, helping people develop successful careers and in the course of doing so develop the space industry’s best candidate and employee experience.
Your key responsibilities:Â
Work closely with management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping management find, hire, and retain quality candidates
Design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies
Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media
Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
Design pre-boarding and on-boarding processes to ensure a successful and smooth experience before, during and post Day 1.
About you, we'd love for you to have:Â
A Bachelor's degree.
About 3-7 years of successful recruiting in a startup or deeptech environmentÂ
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of ATS, HRIS, CRM (right now it’s Hubspot), productivity software and Google Suite.
Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person) and creative ideas on how to make the process a great experience.
Designing and running assessment, testing and tasks for selection
Ability to travel when required
