Aura Ventures is seeking a motivated and organized Ops and Community Intern to join our dynamic team. What you'll do

• Work with the community team in planning and executing events, workshops, and networking opportunities

• Conduct research on investment opportunities and market trends, providing valuable insights to the team

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal processes and enhance operational efficiency

• Take ownership of special projects and contribute innovative ideas to drive the growth of our organization

• Actively participate in team meetings and learning sessions to expand your knowledge of the venture capital industry

What you'll need

• A genuine passion for venture capital and a desire to learn and grow in the industry

• Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other productivity tools e.g., Airtable, Slack

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
