Our client is seeking a collaborative Agricultural Service Technician to join our client's agricultural machinery dealership in South Australia. Working with premium New Holland equipment, you'll be part of a supportive team delivering reliable service to farming clients across the region.
The Service Technician role involves the repair, maintenance, and testing of heavy vehicles and specialist machinery. You’ll be an integral part of the front line, representing the business through professional conduct, strong technical capability, and a proactive approach to achieving quality outcomes for both customers and the company.

Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, or qualified diesel mechanic/fitter
4+ years’ experience in agricultural machinery parts interpretation
Demonstrated knowledge of New Holland equipment and accessories, or other major brands and accessories
Interpret and fulfil parts requirements for agricultural machinery and equipment
Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on parts selection
Accurately process sales orders using dealer management systems
Maintain organised inventory control and stock management
Support workshop operations with timely parts supply
Develop strong relationships with suppliers and customers
Proficiency with dealer management systems and inventory control
Current forklift licence and full driver’s licence
Air Conditioning (AC) ticket
Moderate level of fitness and ability to work with oils, grease, fuels, and chemicals
Excellence in customer service and communication
Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
Commitment to teamwork and professional development
