Yulella Aboriginal Corporation seeks a dedicated Community Services Site Supervisor to support our mission of empowering Aboriginal People through culturally appropriate work, education and training opportunities in the Midwest region. This role provides the chance to lead community-oriented programs while supporting staff development, compliance, and service quality across multiple locations. It suits a proactive leader with strong community values and operational capability.
This position is also highly suitable for a couple, especially when combined with the Case Manager role, offering a balanced and rewarding relocation
Guide and support teams across multiple sites to ensure quality service delivery and program outcomes
Foster collaborative relationships with Aboriginal communities, stakeholders and service partners
Oversee operational performance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and mentor staff while creating a positive, culturally sensitive workplace
Manage budgets, resources and contractual obligations effectively
Prepare comprehensive reports and contribute to strategic planning
Support policy implementation and organisational development
Minimum 2 years' experience in community services or operational management
Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture and experience working with Aboriginal communities
Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to mentor and develop others
Excellence in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
Thorough knowledge of compliance requirements and program delivery
Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting systems
Current driver's licence and ability to travel to regional locations
