Full Stack Engineer

As our Full Stack Developer, you'll play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge solutions and contributing to our company's success.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, and AWS.

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

• Build and optimise APIs and microservices to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

• Work with Temporal workflows for orchestrating complex business processes.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and enhance the user experience.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth application operation.

• Stay current with industry trends and actively contribute to improving our development processes.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience with Go (Golang), including designing and developing APIs and microservices.

• 3+ years of experience building responsive web applications using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and best practices for deploying and scaling applications.

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Temporal is a plus).

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL preferred).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.

Self-management & autonomy

• Proven ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.

• Comfortable taking ownership of tasks from start to finish without needing constant direction.

• Proactive communicator—you flag blockers early, ask questions when needed, and keep the team informed on progress.

• Experience working in a distributed team across multiple time zones is a plus.

• Strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting deadlines.
