Global Employment Solutions connects people with rewarding opportunities in regional and remote Australia. We are currently seeking Hospitality All Rounders for the Bark Hut Inn, situated along the Arnhem Highway in the Northern Territory.

This role is a great fit for those who enjoy variety and are looking to contribute to a friendly team in a unique outback setting. You will help provide a welcoming experience for travellers through bar service, guest accommodation, and general property care. This position is suited to individuals or couples who enjoy a remote lifestyle and are interested in being part of a community-focused hospitality venue.

What you'll do

• Provide friendly bar service and manage guest transactions using point-of-sale systems.

• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries regarding local attractions and facilities.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public amenities, and shared spaces.

• Support retail operations, including fuel sales, merchandising, and monitoring stock levels.

• Perform general groundskeeping and basic property maintenance to ensure a safe and tidy environment.

• Work collaboratively with team members to support the smooth daily operation of the venue.

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures to maintain a secure setting for all guests and staff.

What you'll need

• At least one year of experience in hospitality, tourism, or a retail-focused role.

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

• Strong communication skills and a helpful approach when engaging with guests and colleagues.

• The ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to different tasks as required.

• Practical skills or an interest in groundskeeping and general property maintenance.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to live and work in a remote Northern Territory location.
