Senior/Student Counsellor, Multi-Destination (Ahmedabad)

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Student Counsellor – Multi-Destination (USA, Canada, Germany, Europe & Dubai) to join our Ahmedabad office. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive counselling and guidance to students and their parents.

• Assist students in selecting suitable courses and institutions aligned with their academic background, career aspirations, and visa requirements.

• Guide students through the entire application process, including documentation, submission, offer acceptance, and visa lodgment.

• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with students and their families to ensure a smooth, transparent, and supportive experience.

• Stay updated on education policies, visa regulations, and institution-specific requirements for assigned destinations.

• Represent PFEC Global at education expos, fairs, workshops, and promotional events to effectively showcase our services and partner institutions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in student counselling for USA/Canada/Germany/Europe/Dubai destinations.

• Strong knowledge of the education systems, admission processes, and visa procedures for assigned destinations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace (G Suite), and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite (Ahmedabad Office)
