Senior Counsellor, Australia (Ahmedabad)

We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Student Counsellor – Australia to join our Ahmedabad office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic global brand and make a real impact in shaping students' futures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive counselling to students aspiring to study in Australia.

• Assist students in choosing the right courses and institutions based on their academic background, career goals, and visa requirements.

• Support students throughout the application process – from documentation and submission to offer letters and visa lodgement.

• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with students and their families to ensure a smooth and supportive journey.

• Stay up to date with Australian education policies, visa updates, and institution-specific requirements.

• Represent PFEC Global at educational fairs, workshops, and events to promote our services and partner institutions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in counselling students for Australia (education sector).

• Strong understanding of Australia’s education system, admission processes, and visa procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite (Ahmedabad Office)
