We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our client's well-equipped workshop in Australia.
In this role, you will restore and repair vehicle bodies to the highest quality standards, collaborating with a supportive team of automotive professionals.

Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair plans
Perform high-quality panel beating repairs on damaged vehicle bodies
Remove, repair, and replace body panels, chassis components, and structural elements
Carry out welding, filling, sanding, and finishing work to manufacturer and industry standards
Collaborate with spray painters and other workshop team members to ensure seamless repairs
Maintain accurate job documentation, quality control records, and compliance with workshop procedures
Ensure all work meets workplace safety, regulatory, and industry standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace at all times
Trade qualification in Panel Beating or equivalent
Minimum 4+ years’ hands-on experience in automotive body repair and refinishing
Demonstrated expertise with welding equipment, panel repair, and finishing tools
Strong understanding of vehicle construction, repair methods, and industry standards
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within workshop teams
Current Australian driver’s licence
