Yulella Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a committed Case Manager to support our mission of empowering Aboriginal People through culturally appropriate work, education and training opportunities across the Midwest region. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with participants, families, and community groups while providing structured case management, mentoring, and support within the Community Development Programme (CDP).
It is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about helping individuals build confidence, develop skills, and move toward employment.
This role is also highly suitable for a couple, especially when combined with the Community Services Site Supervisor position, providing a balanced and meaningful relocation.
● Provide integrated case management to participants in the Community Development Programme (CDP)
● Conduct face-to-face appointments and manage associated IT processes
● Register new participants and explain program obligations
● Develop compliant job plans and review participant progress
● Provide referrals to job vacancies, Work for the Dole activities, and other support services
● Liaise with supervisors, administrators, and stakeholders to support participation
● Work collaboratively with compliance staff to ensure accuracy and adherence to CDP requirements
● Maintain participant files, notes, and documentation for contractual compliance
● Support Work for the Dole activities by providing mentoring and supervision when required
● Report case management issues and progress to leadership
Minimum 2 years' experience in case management or community services
Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture and communities
Excellence in relationship building and stakeholder engagement
Strong organisational and time management capabilities
Proficiency with case management systems and MS Office
Current driver's licence and ability to travel to regional locations
