We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to work across earthmoving and civil construction operations.
You will play a key role in operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently, contributing to earthworks, grading, loading, and site preparation while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

● Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures
● Efficiently operate graders to achieve precise grading on civil construction projects, including final trim and GPS-controlled work
● Carry out earthmoving, grading, loading, and site preparation tasks
● Conduct daily pre-start checks and perform basic equipment maintenance
● Transport machinery to and from site as required
● Work closely with site supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
● Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
● Report hazards, incidents, or equipment faults promptly
Minimum 4+ years’ experience operating earthmoving equipment, particularly graders
Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
Proven experience operating excavators, graders, skid steers, and loaders
Demonstrated expertise in final trim grading and use of GPS-guided grading systems
Current plant tickets / licences for relevant machinery
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements
Experience in loading, securing, and transporting machinery to and from site (highly regarded)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within site teams
Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment to quality outcomes
