Agricultural Parts Interpreter (GES_GM_SA)

Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our client’s agricultural machinery dealership in South Australia.

Working with premium New Holland equipment, this role supports customers and internal teams through accurate parts identification and high-quality service.

You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering reliable service to farming clients across the region in a fast-paced, computerised parts environment.

What you'll need

• 4+ years’ experience in agricultural machinery parts interpretation

• Demonstrated knowledge of New Holland equipment and accessories

• Interpret and fulfil parts requirements for agricultural machinery and equipment

• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on parts selection

• Accurately process sales orders using dealer management systems

• Maintain organised inventory control and stock management

• Support workshop operations with timely parts supply

• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and customers

• Proficiency with dealer management systems and inventory control

• Current forklift licence and full driver’s licence

• Excellence in customer service and communication

• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities

• Commitment to teamwork and professional development
