We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance All Rounder for a role in the Northern Territory.

As a specialist in migration and resettlement services, we support skilled applicants in finding consistent work while navigating Australian visa and community requirements.

You will be responsible for the general upkeep and repair of property assets, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repair work across the property to ensure all facilities remain in good condition.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs before they require major attention.

• Maintain outdoor areas, including gardens, pathways, and shared spaces, to a high standard of presentation.

• Assist with the upkeep of guest accommodation and communal facilities to support a positive visitor experience.

• Ensure all tasks are completed in alignment with safety standards and workplace procedures.

• Provide support to other departments when required to help with the smooth operation of the property.

• Manage your daily tasks effectively to ensure maintenance priorities are met.

What you'll need

• At least two years of experience in a maintenance, handyman, or similar trade-focused role.

• Practical knowledge of tools, equipment, and general repair techniques.

• A helpful and effective approach to addressing property-related issues.

• Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual tasks in a variety of weather conditions.

• A commitment to producing quality work and maintaining high standards of safety.

• The ability to manage your own workload and follow through on assigned tasks.

• Willingness to obtain a current Australian driver’s licence

• Willingness to live and work in a regional or remote location.
