We are seeking an experienced OHS Manager to lead and oversee workplace health and safety across operations.
You will play a key role in developing safe systems of work, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive safety culture across diverse worksites.

Develop, implement, and oversee workplace OHS/WHS policies, procedures, and management systems
Ensure compliance with Australian WHS legislation, regulations, and Codes of Practice
Lead risk management processes, including hazard identification, risk assessments, and control measures
Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and incident investigations
Deliver safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks, providing expert guidance to teams and management
Monitor, analyse, and report on safety performance, incidents, and corrective actions
Provide expert safety advice to management, supervisors, and site teams
Promote a strong, proactive safety culture across the organisation
Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance safety awareness
Guide continuous improvement of safety systems and processes
Work closely with operations to minimise downtime while maintaining safety standards
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in an OHS/WHS management role within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or similar industrial environments
Comprehensive working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, regulations, and Codes of Practice
Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and maintaining WHS management systems
Proven experience conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence safe work practices at all organisational levels
Proven commitment to promoting a positive, inclusive, and proactive safety culture
Relevant qualification such as a Bachelor (skill level 1), Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
