We are seeking an experienced Concreter specialising in formwork and finishing to join our client's respected construction team in Australia.
In this role, you will contribute your expertise to diverse construction projects, collaborating with a supportive team to deliver high-quality concrete works.

Create, set up, and dismantle formwork systems for concrete structures according to project plans and specifications
Mix, place, screed, and finish concrete to required standards, ensuring accurate levelling and alignment
Apply decorative finishes, surface treatments, and other specialised concrete techniques as required
Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety, workplace, and project standards throughout concrete placement and curing
Document work progress, complete safety documentation, and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and other trades to coordinate concrete works efficiently
Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely, ensuring proper maintenance and handling at all times
Minimum 4+ years’ hands-on experience in commercial concreting, including formwork and finishing
Proven expertise in formwork systems, concrete placement, screeding, and finishing techniques
Ability to accurately read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications
Strong understanding of concrete properties, curing methods, and finishing standards
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Current White Card and relevant industry certifications
Overtime and weekend work available
