We are seeking a dedicated Leading Hand/Site Supervisor to support the delivery of civil construction projects across Victoria.
This role is essential in overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring the successful completion of works such as subdivisions and earthworks.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge and the ability to balance effective supervision with hands-on support to keep projects running smoothly.

Supervise, lead, and support site teams to ensure project milestones are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Coordinate daily site activities, plant, materials, equipment, and subcontractors in line with project timelines
Interpret and implement construction plans, specifications, and quality requirements
Ensure full compliance with WHS regulations, environmental management plans, and site safety procedures
Monitor daily progress, resources, and potential risks, providing accurate reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders
Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain communication and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate site documentation, quality control records, and safety reporting
Guide, mentor, and support team members while fostering a positive and productive work culture
Assist with hands-on tasks when required to keep workflow and project delivery on track
Minimum 4+ years’ experience supervising civil construction projects, particularly subdivisions, earthworks, and civil infrastructure
Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor coordinating teams, plant, materials, and subcontractors
Strong ability to read and interpret civil construction plans, specifications, and quality requirements
Thorough understanding of Australian construction standards, WHS legislation, and environmental requirements
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills with high attention to detail
Experience with quality assurance systems, site documentation, and compliance reporting
Current White Card and valid Australian driver’s licence (additional tickets highly regarded)
Must be currently based in Australia with unrestricted work rights
